Située en plein coeur historique de Fondettes, cette belle demeure historique était mal adaptée au mode de vie de ses propriétaires, un jeune couple de trentenaires. Le rez-de-chaussée et son extension ont été totalement repensés tout en respectant l’esprit du lieu et les matériaux du bâti ancien.
