Située en plein coeur historique de Fondettes, cette belle demeure historique était mal adaptée au mode de vie de ses propriétaires, un jeune couple de trentenaires. Le rez-de-chaussée et son extension ont été totalement repensés.

Pas facile de mettre en vente la maison familiale construite au début dans les années 70. Difficile d’imaginer d’autres aménagements possibles quand on y a tous ses souvenirs d’enfance. Porteuse d’un handicap moteur qui l’oblige à se déplacer avec deux béquilles à l’intérieur et en fauteuil roulant électrique à l’extérieur, Laurence avait besoin de conseils pour aménager son studio en tenant compte de toutes ses contraintes.

Un exercice délicat mais passionnant basé avant tout sur l’écoute et la compréhension des besoins du client.

Une belle maison des années 80 qui fut occupée par une famille fort nombreuse. Le temps est venu ou la petite dernière va quitter le nid : un peu de nostalgie mais aussi et surtout une belle occasion de complètement réinventer l’espace du rez-de-chaussée afin de s’offrir une grande suite parentale et une toute nouvelle cuisine !
